Your portal unlocks
Premium tools appear in your portal within 24 hours. Sequencing results take 3–4 weeks from the day your sample reaches the lab, then feed into every report you already have.
Questions About Buying
Yes. Premium is month to month and Premium + Lab is quarter to quarter. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and every report generated while you were a member stays downloadable afterwards. Cancellations currently come to us by email — reply to any receipt and it is done.
No. Premium runs on what you can answer and upload — questionnaires, existing lab work, wearable summaries. A sequencing kit sharpens the microbiome half of the picture and replaces estimates with measurements, but the assessments work without it.
No, and we are careful about this. A review is an educational second read of your results by a licensed physician. It is not a diagnosis, it creates no doctor–patient relationship, and no prescriptions are issued. Full details are on the Ask a doctor page.
You can export everything, and you can ask us to delete it. Sequencing data is never sold or shared with insurers, employers or advertisers. The privacy policy spells out what we hold and for how long.
Not yet. Kits ship within the US only, because returning a biological sample across a border needs permits we do not have. Everything that is software — Premium, the reports, the Longevity OS — works anywhere.
